We provide a safe space for any adults struggling with their Mental Health to come and take a break, feel welcome, combat isolation and socialise.

Drop in for a cup of tea or coffee, meet some friendly faces, combat loneliness and make the centre your safe place.
If you're lucky they'll be cake too!
